A working app for private drivers and companies that carry parcels between countries. Here you set up routes and trips, accept customer requests, collect and deliver parcels, plan address runs and keep track of payments. Customers place parcels in a separate portal, using your company link.
The app is available in English, Bulgarian, Spanish, Georgian, Romanian, Russian, Turkish and Ukrainian. Section and button names below match the English interface.
Terms
Route
A permanent “country → country” direction with its collection and delivery methods. For example, “Germany → Ukraine”.
Trip
A specific departure on a route on a given date. The driver or administrator groups parcels by trip to make them easier to handle.
Run
A one-day round of addresses in one country: a list of collection or delivery stops.
Stop
One parcel in a run: pick it up from the consignor or hand it over to the consignee.
PUDO point
A Nova Poshta branch where the customer drops off a parcel or the consignee picks it up.
Carrier label
A Nova Poshta waybill with a tracking number for shipping through a branch.

A parcel created by the carrier is treated as already accepted and goes straight to “Delivery”.
You can change the status manually on the parcel card. A parcel without a PUDO point can’t be moved to a PUDO folder, and vice versa.
Each parcel approved by an administrator is charged once: 1 token (T) from the company balance.
Getting started
Sign in. “Authorize with Google”. If your email already belongs to companies, pick one; otherwise “Create new company”. The company name, in Latin letters, becomes your public link and can later be changed only through support. A new company gets a 100 T bonus.
Company. Add phone numbers for customers and a welcome text (terms, schedule), and optionally a cover image. Without the text and a phone, customers can’t place parcels.
Route. Departure and destination countries, how you collect parcels (yourself or via branches) and how you deliver them (yourself or by Nova Poshta).
Trip. Route and departure date.
Customer link. Copy it on “Home” and share it with customers — they place requests through it.
Optional. In “Settings” — the Nova Poshta API key (for carrier labels) and the Telegram bot (notifications). In “Users” — add drivers.

Runs
Active and archived. New run: country, date, title.
“Stops”: pick a route or trip → collection or delivery → as a list or on the map.

Stop: contact, call, navigate, “Set collected” or “Set delivered”, remove from run.
“Optimize”: set start and finish on the map → stops are reordered by straight-line distance, ignoring roads.

Parcels handled via PUDO points can’t be added to a run; the run country must match the address country; only addresses with geolocation appear on the map.

Pick a route → its trips, active and archived.
Create or edit: route, departure date, description, “Available for new parcels”.
